• The aim is to make the person more autonomous, more proactive toward the Management, more collaborative toward his/her colleagues, and finally more leader, more propellant and aggregative in relation to his/her collaborators, and more available and stimulating toward the persons outside of the Organization.

• Areas of Work and to each of them would be dedicated a two-day meeting, are:
- Interpersonal communication (verbal and non-verbal
expression and listening)
- energy and positivity (personal interaction and development
of the positive energy and reduction of the negative energy)
- managing conflicts (the conflict in relation to role, to
treatment, to interpretation, to non- integration, etc..)
- the group work (leadership and team building)

• The Methodology of work applied during these meetings is above all practical, consisting therefore of individual and collective experiences, aimed at making individuals to seize their individual potential and at the same time the strength and synergy of the group.​

This work occurs both through experience and practice regarding the human aspect and character of the person, therefore not strictly relevant to the specific job, both through interpersonal and group experiences and simulations, that face company themes and situations that present or may present a concrete problem in completion of one’s function.
